Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all product purchases made on vowenx.fr by SAS Vowenx, registered with the Nîmes Trade and Companies Register under SIREN 995 075 454, with its registered office at 100 route de Nîmes, 30132 Caissargues, France.

Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 — Products and Availability

Products offered are those listed on the site at the time of browsing. Photos and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Should a product be unavailable, the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Article 3 — Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT), and exclude shipping costs. Vowenx reserves the right to update prices at any time; however, products will be charged at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Ordering

Customers place orders through the site by selecting products, reviewing their cart, and confirming their purchase after reading and accepting these T&Cs. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided.

Article 5 — Secure Payment

Payment is processed online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna where available. All transactions are secured by SSL/TLS encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

No payment data is stored on Vowenx servers: all transactions are handled directly by our certified payment provider.

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment authorisation.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery methods, timeframes, and zones are detailed on the Delivery page. Stated timeframes are estimates and Vowenx cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, with no obligation to provide a reason and no costs beyond those specified under the relevant statutory provisions.

Article 8 — Statutory Conformity Guarantee and Hidden Defects

All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable French and EU consumer law, entitling the customer to repair, replacement, or reimbursement of any defective item.

Article 10 — Personal Data

Data collected during the ordering process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, customers may contact a consumer mediator free of charge or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Article 12 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
