Delivery Zones

Vowenx ships to mainland France, the European Union (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Greece and more) and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

Delivery time: 8 to 10 days for all destinations (mainland France, the European Union and the United Kingdom).

Timeframes run from order confirmation and successful payment. These are estimates only and Vowenx cannot be held liable for carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Delivery costs €4.95 per order. It is free from €30. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel in real time on the carrier's website. You can also track your orders from your customer account.

Receiving Your Parcel

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage (damaged or opened packaging), raise a formal complaint with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours at contact@vowenx.fr.

Undelivered or Lost Parcel

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe plus 7 days, please contact our customer support team: we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a reshipment or full refund as appropriate.
