Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. The exact amount is displayed before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel in real time on the carrier's website. You can also track your orders from your customer account.

Receiving Your Parcel

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage (damaged or opened packaging), raise a formal complaint with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours at contact@vowenx.com.

Undelivered or Lost Parcel

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe plus 7 days, please contact our customer support team: we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a reshipment or full refund as appropriate.
