Right of Withdrawal: 14 Days

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no reason required and no penalty applied.

How to Return a Product

1. Email us at contact@vowenx.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will send you return instructions (address and shipping label where applicable).
3. Send the product back in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with all accessories and documentation included.
4. The return must be shipped within 14 days of your withdrawal request.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defective or incorrectly supplied product.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

• personalised or custom-made items built to the customer's specifications;
• sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
• perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.

Statutory Warranty of Conformity

Independently of your right of withdrawal, you are covered by a statutory warranty of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery. If a conformity defect is found, you may choose between repair, replacement, or a full refund.

Hidden Defects Warranty

You are also protected against hidden defects under applicable civil law, for a period of 2 years from the date the defect is discovered.
