I ordered a phone case. The case itself is fine, but the long strap was missing from the package. I only received the short strap. I would appreciate it if you could please pay more attention when packing orders. I also tried to find a way to contact the store directly to let you know about the problem, but I couldn’t find anywhere that explained how to send you a message about an issue with the order. Fortunately, I still have the long strap from my previous case, which is already worn out. I care about the environment, so I don’t want you to send me another strap just for this. The only downside is that the color won’t match the new case, but if that’s my biggest problem in life, I’m doing pretty well!
