Product details
The hippcron 7-inch car radio is a touchscreen multimedia player designed to replace a dashboard unit on a compatible 12 V installation. Its chassis, advertised in 1 DIN format, combines FM radio, Bluetooth music, hands-free calls, and file playback via USB or memory card. Three versions allow you to choose the car radio only, a package with a remote control, or a package with an 8 LED rearview camera.
Music, calls, and radio on a 7-inch screen
The touchscreen front panel groups FM, music, and Bluetooth menus, with a microphone and USB, memory card, and AUX ports visible on the left side. Bluetooth allows streaming music from your phone and using the hands-free function presented by the supplier. USB and memory card provide another playback source for stored files, without relying on streaming.
- FM Radio: 18 presets advertised to retrieve saved stations.
- Audio Playback: MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC, and WAV formats mentioned in the supplier's specifications.
- Sound Settings: equalizer with jazz, rock, pop, and classical modes, bass, treble, balance, and fader adjustments.
- Audio Connections: AUX input on the front panel and RCA outputs indicated in the specifications.
Phone mirroring link: what the image shows
The function presented under the name "MirrorLink" displays the content of a phone on the car radio screen. The image shows a wired connection with an iOS phone and an Android phone, as well as a navigation map. This helps identify the type of usage offered, without confusing this screen mirroring with a built-in GPS.
To choose this car radio for navigation, confirm compatibility with your phone model and its operating system version. The supplier does not specify supported versions; Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are not advertised for this reference.
Check 1 DIN mounting and 12 V power supply
The term "universal" here refers to a car radio to be adapted to a compatible installation. The supplier title announces a 1 DIN chassis, but the 7-inch screen takes up more space on the front panel. The screen diagonal alone is therefore not enough to validate integration into the dashboard.
Points to check before ordering
- The location: measure the available width, height, and depth for the chassis, as well as the space in front of the dashboard. No dimensioned drawings are provided in the five images for this reference; exact dimensions must be confirmed before purchase.
- Screen clearance: check that it will not block air vents, buttons, or controls necessary for driving.
- Connection: compare the vehicle connectors, antenna, and speaker connections with those of the unit. The 1 DIN designation does not guarantee a direct plug-in; a wiring harness or adaptation frame may be required.
- Power supply: the unit is advertised for 12 V, with an operating range of 11 to 16 V. It is not suitable for direct connection to a 24 V circuit.
To prepare for installation, provide these details and your vehicle reference to your installer. Retention of original steering wheel controls is not documented for this model.

Is the reverse camera included?
The 8 LED camera is listed in the "with 8 LED Camera" version. It is optional in the visuals and is not listed in the "Car Radio Only" version. The rear view display requires the installation and connection of the camera.
Does this car radio support CarPlay, Android Auto, or have a built-in GPS?
These three functions are not advertised for this reference. The visual shows a wired mirror link for iOS and Android phones, with a card displayed from the phone. Compatibility with your phone model and its system version must be confirmed before purchase.
Can you listen to music and make calls via Bluetooth?
Yes, the visuals show Bluetooth music streaming and hands-free calls. A microphone is visible on the front panel. The supplier description indicates Bluetooth 2.0.
What audio files and media are supported?
The supplier specification lists MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC, and WAV files, as well as USB and SD/MMC players. The front panel also features an AUX input. The maximum capacity of the media is not specified.
What should be considered for the version with remote control?
Select the "with Remote Control" option. The supplier description indicates a 3 V CR2025 battery not included for the remote control. The general photo does not guarantee that all accessories shown accompany each version.
