Product details

  • In use, this UV LED ink is the basic consumable for a UV printer. Unlike conventional ink that dries by evaporation, it cures instantly under a UV LED lamp: the print is fixed upon exit, on a wide range of substrates — plastic, glass, metal, wood, leather, and non-traditional materials. It is available in hard version (for rigid substrates) or flexible version (for flexible substrates, with good flex resistance without cracking). Once cured, the image resists well to scratches, abrasion, and light, with vibrant and sharp colors. Available in several colors (black, cyan, magenta, yellow, white, light cyan and light magenta) and in glossy varnish, it fits into UV printers equipped with converted Epson printheads (DX4 to DX10, XP600, TX800) and many Epson models converted to UV. Important: this is a curable UV ink, reserved for UV printers — it is not suitable for a standard Epson inkjet printer. Get sharp and durable UV prints, provided you have the right equipment.

    Compatibility and uses

This ink is a curable UV LED ink: it is intended for UV printers equipped with Epson printheads (DX4, DX5, DX6, DX7, DX9, DX10, XP600, TX800) and for many Epson models converted to UV (R270/R290/R330/R1800/R1900, L800/L805/L1300/L1800, 1390/1400/1410/1500W, 4800/4880/7800/7880/9800/9880). It does NOT work on a standard Epson inkjet printer (EcoTank type): it needs a UV lamp to cure. Available in hard version (rigid substrates) or flexible version (flexible substrates), in several colors (CMYK, white, light cyan/light magenta) and in glossy varnish, 500 ml bottle. Store away from light (UV ink cures under light).
