In use, this flexible build plate makes the end of every print easier. Made of dual-sided spring steel — one side textured PEI, one side smooth PEO — it magnetically attaches to an adhesive magnetic base fixed to the heated bed. Once the print has cooled, remove the plate and gently bend it: the part releases on its own, without a spatula and without risk of scratching the surface. The two sides offer two different bottom finishes to choose from. Round, it is available in 309 mm (Flsun V400) and 270 mm (Super Racer / SR). Recommended temperature: 60 to 70 °C (do not exceed). No more parts ripped off with a spatula, now enjoy easy demolding, provided you choose the correct diameter.
Compatibility and uses
This flexible magnetic build plate is designed for Flsun delta 3D printers: V400 (309 mm diameter) and Super Racer / SR (270 mm diameter). Choose the diameter that matches your machine. It consists of an adhesive magnetic base (to be glued to the heated bed) and a dual-sided spring steel plate with PEI/PEO surfaces. Important: the PEO side is reserved for low-temperature filaments — PLA and TPU — with a build plate temperature of 60-70 °C maximum. Do not print PETG (~80 °C), ABS, or ASA (~100 °C) on the PEO side: the heat would damage the coating. For these materials, use the PEI side instead. The protective film on the PEO side must be removed before use. Check the diameter of your bed before ordering.
